Biotin is a water soluble vitamin required by our bodies to maintain healthy hair and skin. Preliminary evidence also suggests that biotin can promote healthy nails. Its involvement as a coenzyme in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism also supports our metabolic processes that burn fuel and produce energy, as well as supporting normal functioning of the nervous system. 

1 tablet daily. Place in mouth, allow tablet to dissolve, and swallow. 

Mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, modified cellulose gum, natural black cherry and peach flavors, magnesium stearate, citric acid, and stevia leaf extract. 

Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, soy or wheat. Contains no preservatives, or artificial color, flavor or fragrance.

High doses of biotin may interfere with certain laboratory tests. Before undergoing laboratory testing, discontinue use for at least one week and inform your health care professional. If you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your health care professional before using this product. 

Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Keep out of the reach of children.
