Ortega RU5CE-TE

With the electro-acoustic Ortega RU5CE-TE ukulele, manufacturer Ortega expands its affordable Bonfire series with a tenor ukulele featuring laminated materials and an extensive pickup system with integrated tuner.

Extensive plant and butterfly branding adorns the tortoise-bound spruce top, which is mounted on a sapele body, giving the instrument a bright, overtone-rich sound. Thanks to a flat mahogany neck with a walnut fingerboard, the ukulele has an excellent grip in all positions and, in combination with a scale length of 440 mm and a nut width of 37 mm, has sufficient space to easily master even complicated fingering patterns.

Chrome-plated die-cast tuners also allow comfortable tuning of the 4 nylon strings and give the instrument the final touch, rounding off the Ortega RU5CE-TE Tenor Ukulele perfectly in terms of value. An Ortega MagusUke pickup system with integrated tuner transmits the natural sound of the ukulele in a very authentic way and allows a problem-free use even on stage.
